Fitness education programs are a meaningful contributor to the development of healthy active children and provide the safe, supervised, structured setting children need to learn and practice physically active behaviors. Our high energy programs are specialized to help children understand the importance of physical activity in a fun, creative, and engaging environment.

FitDucation Program
Our 10-week fitness program is designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors of active living, physical fitness, sportsmanship, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence. The FitDucation Program is comprised of:

• Exposure to various sports
• Motor Learning & Control

Personal Sports Coaching
Your child can receive one on one training to improve their athletic ability in any of the following sports whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Group/Team Classes
Gather your child's friends for an interactive class to develop interpersonal skills and sportsmanship all while learning fitness concepts. These weekly classes will bring your child exposure to various sports and will work to refine their skills for optimal performance.
Sports Camps
Our multi-sports camps are designed to train our young athletes in a competitive environment who want to develop their athletic skills. Or choose to host a home camp for your child and their friends during school breaks or playdates.
